Zoya Technologies LLC · Dubai, UAE

Built on fifteen years.
Not fifteen months.

We are a deep tech company, founded in 2022. Our flagship products are Zoyel - a Physical AI Operating System for healthcare - and ZoyeMed Terminals - Physical AI clinical infrastructure: systems that sense, measure, validate, reason longitudinally, govern, and escalate to a human clinician. The architecture emerged from deploying in places where getting it wrong is measured in patients, not metrics.

15 Years Clinical AI Continuous deployment since 2010. Glocal Healthcare India through ZoyeMed 3.0.
9M+ Patient Episodes Across the platform lineage. West Bengal, Odisha, Rajasthan, MP, and beyond.
120+ Sensor Modalities Integrated in a single ZoyeMed 3.0 terminal. Clinical-grade. Edge-validated.
18,224 PMCF Consultations Documented Mar 2025 – Feb 2026 across Mexico, Colombia & Malaysia.

Our Conviction

Clinical AI must sense before it reasons.

The structural failure of most clinical AI systems is not their model architecture. It is the quality of their inputs. Virtually every clinical AI platform operating today asks a model to reason about a patient it has never physically encountered - from text, codes, and self-report. From filters and approximations of what the body is actually doing.

We believe this is a category error. Ground truth is not a dataset. It is a measurement - taken from the body, at the point of care, in real time. Everything built on anything less is an approximation of an approximation.

ZoyeMed 3.0 is our answer to this problem: a physical AI clinical infrastructure that acquires objective physiological data across 120+ validated sensor modalities, validates input quality before inference, reasons longitudinally across the patient's full history, and escalates to a human clinician under a governed protocol. Built at the edge. Deployed institutionally.

01
Sense First
No inference is permitted until objective physiological data has been acquired directly from the patient and validated against clinical quality thresholds. The safety gate is not optional.
02
Reason Longitudinally
Trajectory is more informative than snapshot. Every encounter is interpreted in the context of the patient's full clinical history. The system holds the memory that transfers of care lose.
03
Edge by Architecture
Clinical AI inference happens on-device. No cloud dependency. No latency risk. No data sovereignty compromise. The same inference quality in a Bogotá clinic as in a Dubai private hospital.
04
Govern and Escalate
Clinical AI does not replace clinicians. It replaces the conditions that make clinicians inaccessible. A governance layer enforces clinician sign-off. Protocol is preserved. Access barrier is removed.
05
Institutional, Not Consumer
ZoyeMed deploys as a fleet to governments, hospital networks, and institutional partners. Minimum viable deployments begin at 100+ units. Consumer channels are not our model.
06
Evidence Before Claims
18,224 PMCF-documented consultations. A published Post-Market Clinical Experience Report. A regulatory programme across 5 jurisdictions. Evidence earns the claim. We do not make claims first.

"Technology must earn its place at the bedside by acquiring ground truth first - not by reasoning from patient narratives alone."

Dr. Sabahat S. Azim is a physician and former Indian Administrative Service officer who has spent twenty-five years at the intersection of clinical medicine, public administration, and technology. The combination is not incidental - it is the architecture of ZoyeMed itself. A clinician's understanding of what actually happens in a patient encounter. An administrator's understanding of what scales through institutional systems. An engineer's insistence that both must be true simultaneously.

In 2010, Dr. Azim founded Glocal Healthcare Systems in Bankura, West Bengal, with a conviction that evidence-based, protocol-driven medicine could be made accessible at population scale. Over the next twelve years, Glocal deployed clinical AI across public health systems in West Bengal, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh - accumulating more than eight million patient episodes and developing, through iterative deployment, one of the most operationally tested clinical decision support systems in the world.

The hardest deployments taught the most. The Sundarbans - tidal rivers, island-scattered villages, populations a day's boat journey from a physician - forced the architecture to function where connectivity is intermittent, power is unreliable, and patient self-report is structurally unreliable. Nabarangpur. Rajasthan's rural districts. These were not pilot programmes. They were the curriculum.

In 2022, Dr. Azim established Zoya Technologies LLC in Dubai, re-engineering the architecture from the ground up for edge-first inference, longitudinal multimodal AI, FHIR R4 interoperability, and institutional deployment at global scale. ZoyeMed 3.0 is the result: a Class IIa regulated physical AI clinical infrastructure, currently deployed across Mexico, Colombia, and Malaysia.

Company History

No venture capital buys fifteen years.

The architectural decisions in ZoyeMed 3.0 are answers to questions that were asked, repeatedly, in places where getting it wrong was measured in patients - not quarterly metrics.

Glocal Healthcare Systems Founded

Dr. Azim establishes Glocal to deliver standardised, process-engineered primary care across rural India. First site: Sonamukhi, Bankura district, West Bengal. The founding conviction: clinical protocols can be systematised. Access can be engineered.

LitmusDX - Clinical Decision Support System

Bayesian semantic CDSS developed and deployed across the Glocal network. Cited in peer-reviewed Clinical Decision Support Systems literature as among the more operationally visible CDSS globally at the time. Network grows to 1,100+ hospital beds across four Indian states.

Sundarbans - First Hybrid Platform Deployment

Deployment into one of the most infrastructure-constrained environments in South Asia: tidal rivers, island-scattered villages, populations a day's boat journey from a physician. The architecture learns to function without reliable connectivity, reliable power, or reliable patient self-report. These constraints become design principles.

National Scale - Rajasthan, Odisha & Madhya Pradesh

~100 clinics under India's National Health Mission in Rajasthan. Odisha Digital Dispensary Project in Nabarangpur - one of India's most underdeveloped districts - with a State MoU for 102 dispensaries across 23 districts. ~500 dispensaries in Madhya Pradesh. Cumulative patient volume crosses 5 million episodes.

How We Build

Six operating principles.

These are not values statements drafted for a website. They are the constraints that emerged from deploying clinical AI in places where the margin for error is a human outcome.

Ground Truth First
Clinical inference is only as good as the data it is built on. We acquire objective physiological measurements from the body before any reasoning is attempted. There is no shortcut around this step.
Edge by Necessity
The most underserved clinical environments do not have reliable cloud connectivity. Edge inference is not a product feature. It is the only architecture that works where the need is greatest.
Trajectory over Snapshot
A single biomarker value is ambiguous. Its velocity over time is diagnostic. Clinical AI must reason across a patient's history, not just their current encounter. Memory is a clinical capability.
Clinician in the Loop
ZoyeMed does not replace clinicians. It replaces the conditions that make clinicians inaccessible. The governance layer enforces human review. Protocol is preserved. Accountability is preserved.
Institutional Deployment
We deploy to governments, hospital networks, and institutional health programmes. Clinical AI at the individual consumer level cannot be made safe at the inference quality required. Fleet deployments only.
Evidence before Claims
We publish PMCF data. We pursue regulatory certification in every jurisdiction we operate. We do not make clinical capability claims that are not backed by published evidence. The standard is the standard.

Recognition

Independently validated five times in one year.

In 2020, five of the world's most credible institutions independently recognised the clinical and operational impact of the ZoyeMed lineage - in the same calendar year.
