Zoyel SSM is a state-space-model platform that synthesises a client's own data with the measured, anonymised data generated by ZoyeMed terminals and Zoyel Virtual Clinics. It produces analysis and prediction for three kinds of owner: national health authorities, healthcare providers and payers. The platform is ready; each deployment is built out for the client, because the client's data is half of the synthesis.
National
Disease incidence and chronic disease mapping, anaemia and nutrition surveillance, drug-resistance trends, outbreak signals, regional disease burden and resource allocation, derived from clinically measured data across a terminal fleet and the client's health information system.
Provider
Utilisation, referral patterns, protocol adherence, operator performance and clinical quality across a hospital network's spoke sites, with the longitudinal trajectories of the population it serves.
Payer
Longitudinal member analytics, early risk detection from biomarker trajectories, objective pre-authorisation data and verified, sensor-anchored clinical events for an insured cohort.
How it is built out
- Define the questions the owner needs answered and the decisions they drive.
- Map the client's data sources and governance; agree residency and anonymisation.
- Connect the measured stream from terminals and clinics, anonymised on the device before aggregation.
- Configure the state-space models for the client's population and cadence; validate against known history.
- Deliver the dashboards, alerts and reports the decisions need, and iterate.
Why a state-space model
Population health is a set of slowly evolving hidden states observed through noisy, irregular measurements. State-space models are built for exactly that: they estimate the hidden state and its trajectory from whatever observations arrive, when they arrive, and they quantify uncertainty. The same family of sequence model runs inside the ZoyeMed longitudinal core, so patient-level and population-level reasoning share one architecture.
Zoyel SSM is registered under Zoya Technologies Malaysia Sdn Bhd and delivered jointly by Zoya Technologies LLC and Zoya Technologies Malaysia Sdn Bhd, co-owned companies with cross-delivery arrangements. All patient data is anonymised at the edge before aggregation; residency is configurable per jurisdiction.
