What changes are the instruments bolted on and the software stack trained for the field. Healthcare is the first configuration in deployment; agriculture is the first non-health configuration designed and prototyped.
What stays the same
Sensorium
Instruments acquire data from the object directly: a body, a grain sample, a machine, a worker. No self-report as primary input.
Validation gate
Data sufficiency and quality are scored before inference. The system refuses to produce an output on inadequate input and asks for re-measurement.
On-device reasoning
A longitudinal multimodal model runs on the terminal. It tracks trajectory, not snapshots, and works with no cloud in the critical path.
Governance and escalation
Per-jurisdiction policy bundles, an immutable audit trail, and a qualified human who signs every consequential action.
Healthcare Deployed
Instruments: 120+ clinical modalities including biochemistry, haematology, immunofluorescence, 12-lead ECG, spirometry, digital stethoscopy, dermatoscope, oto-rhinoscope, thermal imaging and AI-read rapid diagnostic kits. Software: Zoyel.Health clinical decision support, licensed as Class B Software as a Medical Device under India's CDSCO framework. Human: a licensed clinician in every operating mode.

Agriculture: AgronIQ Designed and prototyped
AgronIQ is a procurement-node configuration for a national agricultural cooperative network, designed in 2026. The terminal becomes a quality-certification and procurement station: nine parameters tested in under twenty minutes, calibrated to export limits at the source.
- Moisture, protein and oil content by near-infrared spectroscopy
- Foreign matter and grain size by AI optical grading
- Aflatoxin and mycotoxins by lateral-flow immunoassay; pesticide residue by multi-residue screen
- Heavy metals by XRF or electrochemical strip; pH by probe
- Digital weighbridge with calibration certificate and tamper-evident seal
On completion a lot identifier is minted on a permissioned ledger with the nine results, grade, weight and farmer reference; a price-support contract fires automatically if market price falls below the floor, and a quality premium is split by rule, not discretion. The same farmer identity opens a Zoyel.Health encounter at the terminal and a credit record on the ledger. Field staff run on Zoyel.one. The first deployment did not proceed to contract; the AgronIQ design and working prototype stand, and it is listed on the roadmap as in development.
Why the pattern transfers
In every field the failure is the same: a decision made from narrative instead of measurement, a snapshot instead of a trajectory, and no one accountable when the system is wrong. A patient saying "acidity", a trader saying "export grade", a supervisor saying "fit for shift". The terminal replaces the claim with a measurement, keeps the history, and hands the decision to a qualified person with the evidence in front of them.
