Product Positioning

Not a wellness app.
The patient layer.

Zoyel.Health is not a self-reporting health diary. It does not accept symptom input or generate diagnoses. It is the patient-facing read layer of the ZoyeMed clinical AI ecosystem — receiving structured, clinician-validated data from ZoyeMed encounters and making that data visible and navigable for the patient over time.

Why this architecture matters.

Most patient health apps are built on self-report: you enter symptoms, record meals, log exercise. The data quality ceiling is determined by patient memory and honesty — which is to say, it is low.

Zoyel.Health is different in a fundamental way. Every data point it shows you was acquired by a calibrated clinical sensor, validated by the ZoyeMed input validation layer before AI inference, and reviewed by a supervising clinician. The data is not your opinion of how you feel. It is what was measured.

That distinction matters for clinical decision-making, for longitudinal analysis, and for what the AI layer can reliably conclude from your data over time.

Core Features

Eight capabilities.
One clinical record.

Everything in Zoyel.Health derives from your ZoyeMed encounter data. None of it requires you to input a single number. It is all measured, validated, and structured by the clinical AI infrastructure before it reaches your device.

📈
Feature 01
Biomarker Trajectory View
Every biomarker measured across every encounter — plotted over time as a trajectory, not just a snapshot. See your HbA1c, blood pressure, SpO₂, BMI, and 120+ other parameters trend across months and years. Velocity and direction visible at a glance.
120+ biomarkersVelocity indicatorsMulti-encounter
🔔
Feature 02
AI-Derived Health Alerts
When the longitudinal AI layer detects a biomarker trajectory pattern that warrants clinical review — a rate-of-change threshold, a multi-parameter combination pattern, or a velocity deviation — you receive an alert recommending a ZoyeMed follow-up encounter.
Trajectory-basedNon-alarmistEvidence thresholds
📋
Feature 03
Encounter Records & Clinician Notes
Every ZoyeMed encounter generates a structured clinical summary: sensor readings, AI differential output, clinician-reviewed findings, signed notes, and next-action recommendations. All accessible and searchable in the app.

💊
Feature 06
Medication & Care Plan Reminders
Clinician-issued care plan actions from your encounter notes — medication reminders, lifestyle recommendations, follow-up windows — are surfaced as actionable reminders within the app, linked to the encounter that generated them.

Patient Journey

From encounter
to your pocket.

The Zoyel.Health app is not something you actively operate to generate health data. The data flows to you from the clinical infrastructure. Your role is to read it, respond to alerts, and book follow-up encounters when recommended.

01
🤖
ZoyeMed Encounter
You attend a ZoyeMed terminal at a clinic, pharmacy, or institutional site. The terminal acquires 120+ sensor modalities under operator supervision. A supervising clinician reviews the AI output and signs the encounter.
02
📈
Longitudinal AI Processing
The encounter data is ingested by the longitudinal AI layer (Cortex). Your biomarker trajectories are updated. The AI evaluates your complete history for patterns — not just today’s readings in isolation.
03
📷
Record Synced to App
Your structured clinical findings, biomarker updates, clinician notes, and any AI-derived alerts are pushed to Zoyel.Health. Your health record is updated automatically. No manual entry required.
04
🔔
Act on Alerts
If the AI identifies a trajectory pattern warranting review, you receive a notification. You can view the specific biomarker trend that triggered it and book a follow-up ZoyeMed encounter directly through the app.

Biomarker Intelligence

Trajectory, not
snapshots.

A single blood pressure reading tells you very little. The trajectory of your blood pressure across twelve ZoyeMed encounters over two years — including the rate of change, the variance, and the correlation with your other biomarkers — tells you a great deal. That is what Zoyel.Health shows you.

Why trajectory changes everything.

A patient whose HbA1c is 7.1% today is not the same as a patient whose HbA1c was 8.6% six months ago and has been falling consistently. And they are not the same as a patient whose HbA1c was 6.2% two years ago and has been rising. Same number, three completely different clinical situations.

The longitudinal AI layer in ZoyeMed understands this. It reasons about trajectory, velocity, and the interaction between biomarkers over time — not just today’s reading against a reference range.

Zoyel.Health makes this same longitudinal picture visible to you, the patient. Every biomarker across every encounter. Not because you are expected to interpret it clinically — but because longitudinal visibility of your own data, combined with AI-generated trajectory alerts, produces better patient engagement with the care process.

Data & Privacy

Your data is yours.
Architecture makes it so.

Zoyel.Health does not sell your health data. It does not use it for advertising. It does not train AI models on your personal record without explicit opt-in. Privacy is not a policy statement here — it is enforced in the architecture.

🏠
Edge-First Data Architecture
ZoyeMed clinical inference happens on-device, not in the cloud. Your raw physiological data — the waveforms, the sensor signals — never leaves the terminal. What reaches the cloud is structured, de-identified FHIR R4 output. Your biometric raw data stays at the point of acquisition.
🔒
Patient-Controlled Sharing
You decide who sees your clinical record. Sharing with other providers is always explicit, always revocable, and always patient-initiated. There is no automatic data-sharing with insurers, employers, or third parties. FHIR R4 export gives you a copy of your own record in a standard format readable by any FHIR-compatible system.
👤
No Self-Report Inputs
Zoyel.Health does not accept symptom input, mood logs, or manual health entries. This is a deliberate architectural choice. The app contains only validated clinical data — ensuring that the record is not contaminated by patient self-assessment bias, which would compromise the integrity of the longitudinal AI model.
📄
FHIR R4 Data Portability
Your entire clinical record is exportable in FHIR R4 format at any time. This means your Zoyel.Health record is not locked to Zoya Technologies. You can take it with you to any FHIR-compatible health system. Portability is not a feature — it is a requirement of the international standards we build to.
Consent Architecture
Every data use beyond primary care delivery requires explicit, granular patient consent. Population health analytics, research participation, or data aggregation for public health reporting is opt-in, auditable, and revocable. Your consent preferences are part of your patient record.
👥
Dependant & Guardian Access
For paediatric patients and adult dependants, guardian access is structured with explicit scope: read-only vs. full access, time-limited access grants, and detailed access logs. When a dependant reaches legal majority, custody of the record transfers to them with full guardian access revoked.

Technical Specifications

Built on the same
clinical standards.

Zoyel.Health is not a consumer app that happens to display health data. It is built to the same clinical data standards as the ZoyeMed terminal — FHIR R4, ICD-11, SNOMED CT — ensuring clinical-grade data fidelity from terminal acquisition to patient screen.

Product Ecosystem

One record.
Five touchpoints.

Zoyel.Health sits at the centre of a physical AI clinical ecosystem. Each device contributes a different kind of data — episodic, passive, continuous, population — to the same longitudinal AI model. The richer the signal, the more precise the trajectory model.

🤖
