ZoyeMed. A clinic and a laboratory in five square metres.

A physical AI terminal that acquires 120+ clinical measurements directly from the patient, validates them, reasons on the device across the patient's full history, and hands the decision to a licensed clinician. Buyers often find it while looking for an AI health kiosk or health ATM; it is the clinical-grade alternative to both.

ZoyeMed 3.0. Production units vary in shape, colour and configuration by batch.

Five configurations on one platform

Match the configuration to the site: its test needs, its connectivity and how much processing should happen on the terminal. Each builds on the one before.

What the terminal measures

What is inside the ZoyeMed terminal

Vitals and examination

Height, weight, BMI, temperature, SpO₂, heart rate, blood pressure, 12-lead ECG, digital stethoscopy for heart, lung and bowel sounds, spirometry, dermatoscope, oto-rhinoscope, thermal imaging, fetal Doppler.

Laboratory

Immunofluorescence: CRP, SAA, HbA1c, β-hCG, FT3, FT4, TSH, cTnI, NT-proBNP, PCT, IL-6, 25-OH vitamin D, total IgE, tPSA. Haematology: complete blood count. Dry biochemistry: glucose, HbA1c, haemoglobin, lipids, liver panel, renal panel, microalbumin, electrolytes. Ten-parameter urinalysis.

AI-read rapid diagnostic kits

Camera-based reading of locally approved kits for infectious disease (for example malaria, dengue, typhoid, HIV, hepatitis B and C), cardiac markers and pregnancy, with standardised interpretation and digital reporting. Extensible to additional regulator-approved kits on short training cycles.

12 cameras, each with one job

4K pan-tilt-zoom camera facing the patient, for telepresence and examination
Multi-camera document scanning array for records, referrals and identity documents
Nurse- and operator-facing camera for supervised workflow
AI camera that reads rapid diagnostic kits
Camera in the borescope
Camera in the handheld examination tool
RGB and infrared imaging pair for thermal and skin examination

Four clinical layers. One intelligence layer above the fleet.

Sensorium

The acquisition layer. 120+ validated modalities, time-aligned within the encounter, acquired under an operator-guided protocol.

Amygdala

The safety and data-quality gate. Scores sufficiency across modalities before any inference, refuses output on inadequate input, blocks unsafe inference, anonymises identifiers on the device.

Cortex

The longitudinal multimodal model. Per-modality encoders fuse into a visit embedding; a sequence engine processes visits across the patient's history, tracking biomarker velocity, and returns calibrated differentials, urgency and next actions with confidence. PCT application filed Q1 2026.

Thalamus

Governance and audit. Per-jurisdiction policy bundles for residency, consent, protocol routing and operator credentialing. Hash-chained audit trail. Clinician sign-off for every consequential action.

Above the terminal, Zoyel SSM aggregates anonymised fleet data into population intelligence: disease incidence, nutrition, drug resistance and outbreak signals derived from measurements rather than surveys. Zoyel SSM

A patient says "acidity". The system measures.

Self-report enters as input, not ground truth. The 12-lead ECG shows ST elevation in II, III and aVF; troponin is raised; blood pressure is 92/58 at 118 beats per minute. The safety gate recodes the presentation as emergent and suppresses routine AI output. A remote specialist is alerted, the local operator briefed, and the referral protocol triggered. The system surfaces, escalates and waits for the human. It does not act on its own.

Three operating modes

Doctor-run. A physician operates the terminal directly for full-spectrum primary and acute care.

Nurse-managed. A trained nurse conducts the visit; a clinician signs off on diagnosis and advice, on site or remotely. Screening, routine check-ups with laboratory work, stable chronic disease monitoring and triage-to-referral are completed within protocol.

Autonomous screening. Structured self-service screening where staffing is constrained, with clinician review built into the workflow.

A licensed clinician holds final authority in every mode. The interface runs in eight languages.

Interoperability

FHIR R4 resources for every encounter (Patient, Observation, DiagnosticReport, Condition, Procedure, MedicationRequest), HL7 v2 for legacy systems, DICOM for imaging. Coding in ICD-10 and ICD-11, SNOMED CT, LOINC and RxNorm; US Core and International Patient Summary profiles. Standards-based and interoperable with FHIR-compliant HIS, EMR and national platforms; specific vendor integrations are configured per deployment.

Security and sovereignty

Identifiers stripped on the device before any derived data is considered for transmission. AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, TPM/HSM-backed keys, role-based access, multi-factor authentication, biometric patient identity. Built to comply with GDPR, HIPAA and UAE PDPL; data residency pinned per jurisdiction.

Hardware

AMD Strix Halo AI accelerator with 128 GB unified memory for on-device inference and local language models. Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, gigabit Ethernet with link bonding. Internal UPS and power conditioning for unstable grids. Integrated examination light. Roughly five square metres.

Evidence and regulatory status

18,224 consultations are documented in the Post-Market Clinical Experience Report (reference ZoyeMed3.0-PMCF-2026-01), Mexico institutional programme, March 2025 – February 2026, under nurse-assisted workflow with remote specialist supervision. It reports zero serious adverse device effects and zero device incidents involving patient harm, with client-attributable complaints exceeding device-attributable ones. It demonstrates safety and operational feasibility; it is not a clinical-accuracy study. Prospective accuracy studies of the current model are an ongoing programme of work.
