Zoyel Virtual Clinics. Online and in-person patients on one record, one prescription pad, one appointment book.

A virtual clinic platform for registered medical practitioners, polyclinics and hospitals in India, built on Zoyel.Health and Zoyel.one. It keeps what the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines ask of you: consent, the interaction log, patient records and a copy of every prescription. Free to start.

Zoyel Virtual Clinics

A prescription waiting for your approval

Dr Meera's Clinic, video, 21:40. Consent recorded. Suggested from history and video findings, three inputs, two references: cetirizine 10 mg, one tablet at night for five days. Interactions, contraindications and allergies checked. Approve and sign, change, or reject. Nothing reaches the patient until you approve. Illustrative.

Your own clinic address

yourclinic.zoyel.one: a factual page with your name, qualifications, registration, hours and fees. Patients book from it. No marketplace, no listing among strangers.

Consultation and signed prescription

Video consultation, structured notes, body maps, investigations, referrals and follow-up. Electronic, signed prescriptions with a QR code the patient or pharmacist can verify.

It suggests. You decide.

Zoyel.Health suggests investigations and treatment, checks interactions, contraindications and allergies, and shows the inputs and references behind each suggestion. When information is not enough, it withholds rather than guesses.

Know what happened next

Days after each consultation the patient is asked how they are doing. The reply lands in the same encounter, so you see who improved, who did not, and who needs to be seen sooner. Built-in outcome measurement is the missing link in most clinical software.

How it is priced

A clinic subscription plus a prepaid wallet for AI inference. Records, billing, booking and walk-in encounters are included; virtual consultations carry a per-consultation platform fee plus payment gateway and settlement costs. Patient fees are settled to the doctor. Exact prices are shown after email and medical-registration verification; a full clinic-owner agreement discloses all pricing before your clinic is created.

Every new clinic gets a one-month evaluation with unlimited walk-ins and ten virtual consultations with AI inference included. Training consultations do not count.

With a ZoyeMed terminal

Pair a clinic with ZoyeMed terminals so a nurse or doctor at the patient's side captures vitals, examination and laboratory results for the consulting clinician. Hospitals run a virtual OPD under their own governance, connected to the HIS through HL7 FHIR R4, HL7 v2, DICOM, SNOMED CT, LOINC and ICD-10/11.
