A Clinical AI Terminal That Works
When the Internet Doesn't

Introducing the ZoyeMed 3.0 Resilience Edition - the complete clinical AI, running on-device, in fully disconnected environments. Triage, examination, 120+ point-of-care diagnostics, and prescription support without an internet connection at any stage of operation.

ZoyeMed 3.0 Resilience Edition - Clinical AI terminal for fully disconnected environments Physical AI Clinical Infrastructure · ZoyeMed 3.0 Resilience Edition

Almost every digital health system in the world is built on a single quiet assumption: that the internet will be there. Most of the time, it is. But "most of the time" is not the standard that matters in medicine - and it is precisely the moments when connectivity fails that clinical capacity is needed most.

Today, Zoya Technologies is launching the ZoyeMed 3.0 Resilience Edition, a clinical AI terminal engineered to deliver a complete medical episode - triage, examination, 120+ point-of-care diagnostics, and prescription support - without an internet connection at any stage of operation.

Why We Built It

Continuity of care is among the first casualties of infrastructure disruption. Natural disasters, grid instability, pandemic surges, and remote or last-mile deployments all routinely compromise the network connectivity that cloud-dependent health systems require - and they tend to do so at the worst possible moment.

The Resilience Edition is a deliberate engineering response to that vulnerability. Rather than treating offline capability as a fallback or a degraded mode, we removed the cloud from the critical path of care delivery entirely.

The Resilience Edition reflects a design principle we consider foundational: clinical intelligence should remain available to the patient and the clinician regardless of the state of the network around them. We have chosen to remove the cloud from the critical path of care delivery - not as a feature, but as the architecture. It is an engineering decision with direct consequences for the patients and clinicians who depend on the system in the environments where care matters most.

The Complete Model, Running On-Device

The Resilience Edition is a fully standalone configuration of ZoyeMed 3.0, our edge-native clinical terminal. The complete Longitudinal Multimodal Model (LMM) and the Zoyel.health clinical workflow suite live on the device itself.

Every clinical function - triage, examination, point-of-care testing, decision support, and prescription generation - executes locally on our proprietary Amygdala edge AI engine. A terminal can run indefinitely without ever connecting to the internet. When connectivity does become available, only essential de-identified metadata is synchronized - and clinical operation never depends on it.

Architecture Note
The Complete LMM - Not a Subset

It is the complete LMM that runs locally, not a reduced, distilled, or cached subset. No network round-trip is required for any clinical decision. ZoyeMed 3.0 was first introduced at WHX Dubai in February 2026 as an edge-first architecture built for limited or intermittent connectivity. The Resilience Edition extends that architecture into a configuration provisioned for fully disconnected operation. It is a distinct product configuration - not a software update to existing units.

What the Terminal Can Do

In a 5-square-metre footprint with integrated power conditioning and a dedicated overhead examination light, the Resilience Edition delivers a complete medical episode in under 30 minutes.

120+ Point-of-Care Tests Biochemistry, haematology, immunoassay
< 30 min Complete Episode Triage through prescription
8 Languages Across all operational modes
3 Operational Modes Doctor-run · Nurse-managed · Self-service

The terminal integrates:

Instrument Modality
12-lead digital ECG Cardiovascular
Digital stethoscopy Respiratory / Cardiovascular
Spirometry Respiratory
Dermatoscope Dermatological
Oto/rhinoscope ENT
Fetal Doppler Obstetric
Thermal imaging Multi-system screening
12-camera multi-spectral telepresence array Remote clinical review
Biochemistry, haematology & immunoassay analysers 120+ point-of-care tests

It operates in eight languages and across three modes - doctor-run, nurse-managed with on-site or remote clinician sign-off, and autonomous self-service screening - so it can be staffed by whatever clinical team a site can support.

The Resilience Edition builds on existing ZoyeMed deployments across multiple regions, where prior-generation terminals have been in commercial service since 2025.

Built for the Hardest Environments

The configuration is designed for:

06
Target Deployment Contexts

Disaster response and recovery · Humanitarian and remote-area healthcare delivery · Regions experiencing grid instability or network disruption · Rural and last-mile settings · Maritime and offshore operations · Field medical facilities

The system is engineered to function across each of these conditions without loss of clinical capability.

The Clinician Stays in Charge

ZoyeMed 3.0 is a human-in-the-loop clinical decision-support system. Final diagnostic and prescribing decisions remain under the authority of a licensed clinician in every operational mode. The Resilience Edition is designed to extend the reach of clinical teams - not to replace them.

A Verifiable Record, Even Offline

Alongside the Resilience Edition, we have deployed an immutable audit trail across the ZoyeMed platform. Every clinical action, system event, data access, and operator override is recorded as an append-only, hash-chained log entry, providing verifiable traceability of clinical activity.

The architecture supports regulatory audit, forensic investigation, and process integrity assurance - capabilities that carry extra weight in disconnected environments, where verification can't fall back on a cloud audit service.

Availability

The ZoyeMed 3.0 Resilience Edition is available through Zoya Technologies' authorised distribution partners to healthcare networks, government health authorities, humanitarian organisations, and enterprise operators.
